Damaged or Incorrect Product

For products ordered online at Elkay.com, Elkay will replace all damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.  Please inspect the product within this timeline and email consumer@elkay.com or call 1-800-223-5529 to report damage or order error and acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization #.  Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced at the time the report is made, if the report is filed within 30 days of delivery.

All Other Returns

For products ordered online at Elkay.com, Elkay will accept returns of unwanted product within 30 days of delivery.  Prior to return, you must contact Elkay by email consumer@elkay.com or call 1-800-223-5529 to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization #.  Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization.  The product must be returned to Elkay in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and components included.  All returned items are subject to inspection before a credit will be issued.  All shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
