Bold, Midnight Black finish and stainless steel alcove complement high-end applications.
Enhanced filtration system uses new Elkay Pro Filtration™ filters, featuring high capacities of up to 10,000 gallons and advanced contaminant reduction. Now reduce Total PFAS*, lead, microplastics, sediment and more.
Access filters from the top of unit for filter changes in less than 30 seconds.
*This system has been certified by IAPMO R&T and tested according to NSF/ANSI 42, 53, 372 and 401 for the reduction of the substances listed. The concentration of the indicated substances in water entering the system was reduced to a concentration less than or equal to the permissible limit for water leaving the system as specified in NSF/ANSI 42, 53, 372 and 401.
More than 9 million water service pipes in the U.S. are made of lead, and when they corrode, lead can leach into the water. Because you can’t smell, see or taste lead, it’s not easily detectable and harmful, especially to children. Lead exposure can damage the brain, spinal cord and nerves, cause learning disabilities and more. The good news is Elkay filters are tested and certified to NSF/ANSI 53 to reduce lead.

Plastic is found in countless everyday items, such as obvious items like disposable plastic containers, but also in car tires and even laundry detergent. This plastic ends up in the environment and breaks down or weathers into smaller plastic particles. These microplastics that are smaller than 5 millimeters end up everywhere — in our waterways, seafood, milk, chicken, the list goes on. This means we could be ingesting tiny bits of plastic daily.
Although it’s almost impossible to avoid microplastics because they’re everywhere, there are ways to minimize exposure. Instead of plastic shopping bags and single-use plastic bottles, opt for tote bags and reusable water bottles. Fill reusable bottles with filtered water — Elkay filters are tested and certified to NSF/ANSI 401 to reduce microplastics. Heat food in glass containers instead of plastic ones, which can release millions of microplastic particles in your food.
Sediment comes from sand, rocks and minerals, or may consist of organic particles of plants and microbes. Not only is sediment undesirable to consume, but too much of it could reduce flow rate.
If you live in an area where sediment pollution is high, consider adding one of our universal sediment prefilters for a two-stage filtration process. Not sure if you live in a high-sediment area? Stay up to date on your state’s water quality or visit your city’s public water site.

Turbidity is the cloudiness or haziness of water, which is caused by particles that are generally too small to see. High turbidity means water appears very cloudy or muddy, and can also be an indicator of water quality, suggesting the presence of pollutants and contaminants. Turbid water looks dirty and is unappealing, which may deter people from drinking it. Elkay Pro Filtration filters are tested and certified to NSF/ANSI 53 to reduce turbidity in drinking water.
PFAS are long-lasting synthetic chemicals used in everyday products, such as personal care, nonstick cookware and water-repellant clothing, that break down very slowly. Due to their widespread use, PFAS end up in the environment — in our water, the air, fish, soil and food. PFAS have even been found in human and animal blood. Scientific studies have shown that exposure to some PFAS may be linked to harmful health effects, such as cancer, fertility issues and child development delays. But Elkay offers and Elkay Pro Filtration filter that is tested and certified to NSF/ANSI 53 to reduce Total PFAS.* See performance data sheet for complete details.

Due to its fiber strength and heat resistance, asbestos was used in building construction for insulation, in pipes and cement, and as a fire retardant. While asbestos is banned now, it may be present in older homes and buildings. As these buildings age and deteriorate, and as asbestos-containing material is discarded during demolition and reconstruction of old homes, asbestos fibers may be released into waterways. Exposure to asbestos fibers increases your risk of developing lung disease. Asbestos may be found in textured paint, coated hot water and steam pipes, attic and wall insulation, vinyl floor tiles, roofing and more — but can ultimately end up in the water we drink.

Antiscalant helps minimize filter maintenance, keeping yours working effectively.
Elkay Pro Filtration filters pair exclusively with Elkay Pro Filtration bottle filling stations, which includes the following:
Pro tip: Look for “PRO” at the end of the SKU configuration.
Elkay Pro Filtration filters are rated to last for their designated capacity or one year — whichever comes first.
Elkay Pro Filtration bottle filling stations are equipped with an intuitive filter status display, consisting of blue LEDs. When the third status light turns red, it’s time to change your filter.
We recommend changing your sediment filter when you change your primary contaminant reduction filter, but for applications with higher levels of sediment, more frequent replacements of the sediment filter may be required — if the flow rate seems significantly reduced.
After you install your Elkay Pro Filtration filter, your bottle filling station will automatically reset the filter status lights and begin the automated flush system. We recommend allowing the unit to complete the flush to make sure all air bubbles created when the water was turned off are out of the system and the filter is flushed properly for optimal performance.
Every Elkay Pro Filtration bottle filling station is designed for use with a contaminant reduction filter and an optional sediment prefilter. You may purchase your sediment prefilter separately, or you can buy the specific Elkay Pro Filtration bottle filling station that ships with the sediment prefilter (LZS8WSBPRO-FSR5 or LZSTL8WSBPRO-FSR5).
If you live in an area with high sediment levels in your water, a sediment prefilter can help improve your water quality. The sediment prefilter works first to reduce sediment in incoming water. This improves water quality and helps prevent sediment from building up in your primary contaminant reduction filter, making it more effective.
