Zurn Elkay Announces Upgrades to BIM Files

MILWAUKEE, WI, December 05, 2024 – Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, the industry’s largest supplier of cleaner water solutions for drinking water, hygiene and sustainable water management has released upgrades to their Building Information Model (BIM) files.

The upgraded files now have more data, the file sizes are smaller to make them more user-friendly and yet more powerful for models. Helpful information like flow rates and electricity usage were added where relevant.

The enriched meta data included provides links to product pages and installation instructions. These links can be extremely helpful to downstream users of the BIM model such as contractors and facility managers, allowing them to more easily able to find information on installation and maintenance.
