Rated 4 out of 5 by moonvan from Gorgeous and Gigantic This faucet is a serious bit of bling. I would love to have kept it, but the bridge alone stands a bit more than 7" above the counter surface, higher than the rise behind the sink. Check measurements carefully, consider the impact of a very large faucet, and you've got the room, go for it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by debra from terrible flow rate This looks absolutely beautiful over my farm sink. The flow rate is awful. Mine did not come with the additional flow rate filter the write up says it's supposed to come with. 1.5 is just awful. I have no clue if the 2.2 would make a difference. I now have 3 holes in my counter top so I cannot replace with another "bridge" style that might work better. Wish there were more pull down type bridge faucets out there. Ugh.

Rated 1 out of 5 by jtg001 from Looks great but do not buy it I bought this faucet & installed it about four months ago. It does not work well nor reliably. The handles pop out and do not stay straight. The spray/stream buttons on the water head stick and do not operate correctly. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Farm girl from Stay away, stay far far away from this faucet I bought this faucet to install in the kitchen in my recently built barn. I have had nothing but trouble with it. All the previously mentioned problems with the flow and especially the failure of the toggle switch are very accurate. The manufacturer did replace a part at no cost the first time we contacted them but now they are saying that it doesn’t work with well water (might I mention it is well softened well water that triggers no problems with any of my other appliances). The replaced part worked for a couple of months until the trigger started failing again, leaving me with only spray. Who can operate a kitchen without a good stream of water??? I’ve had it with this faucet. It was horrible expensive to begin with and not worth a dime of your hard earned money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MaryLiz from Beautiful but doesn't hold up Installed Elkay Explore Three Hole Bridge Faucet in September of 2017. I still love the look of this faucet, however the construction seems to be a bit weak. The faucet head has already been replaced once and is in need of replacement again. The Hot water handle has always been a little crooked, and is now loose. After turning the water all the way off or on, it is easy to push the handle further to a new alignment. I really don't want to buy a new faucet, but may just have to. Really bummed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by JohnP from Worst Faucet I've Ever Bought Low quality, no customer support. I WILL replace this and never buy another again from this manufacturer. Faucets come up and the toggle between spray setting failed within 3 months of installation and only sprays in spray mode.

Rated 1 out of 5 by jjraines from Looks 5 Star, Function 1 Star The look of this faucet is excellent and it seems to be a quality unit, but the sprayer malfunctions and eventually freezes up on the spray mode.
