We have an Elkay EZ H20 bottle filling station. The message reads clean filling area. We tried flushing the drain and wiped everything down with a mild soap and rinsed. What needs to be done?

This could be a wet or dirty optical sensor that would just need to be dried or could be cleaned with white vinegar if there is a buildup on it. If that does not resolve the problem, it could be a scratched lens or an issue with the IR board. We have a LZWSM8K installed.I noticed that it stops at around 1 liter every time the sensor is triggered. Is it possible to set that to 1/2 liter (so that it stops automatically with smaller water bottles)? Is the amount released based on volume or time?
Thank you for your question on the Elkay LZWSM8K EZH2O In-Wall Bottle Filling Station. It is based on time. The unit is programmed to run for 20 seconds and is hard programmed so it cannot be changed.

We have an Elkay EZH2O In-Wall Bottle Filling Station and changed the filter on it yesterday. We pressed the reset button, but the red light indicating that the filter needs changing did not revert to green. Can you help us?

Is there any difference between the below model #'s? Model LZWSM8K and Model LZWSM8PK
Thank you for your question on the LZWSM8PK. The LZWSM8PK is the stand-alone bottle filler. The lower louvered panel is shorter than the other unit. The LZWSM8K is supplied with bilevel architectural fountains (LZWS-SS28K). The lower louvered panel has a different height to meet the louvered panel on the refrigerated fountains.

Hello, the stainless steel drain grate and the plastic drain basin for our filler have been damaged. Is it possible to purchase replacements? If so, what are the PNs?
