All three (green,yellow,red) lights flash for a few seconds then shut off. then after a few seconds they flash again. digital screen is blank and no water out of bottle dispenser.

Our Elkay, LZS8WSLP fountain installed and we just replaced the filter. I can't find the programming button to reset the counter. Its not where is shows on the installation instructions. Any other way to reset?
