I have a EZSG8WSLK drinking fountain and bottle filling station. I would like to add a filter, what is available?

Thank you for your question on the Elkay EZSG8WSLK EZH2O Bottle Filling Station & Single ADA Cooler. The EWF3000 is the filter kit and includes almost everything you'd need to convert your current non-filtered model to be filtered. I have included the link to the installation instructions below. In step 3, you will see there is some 3/8" O.D. tubing needed that is not included in the kit. It seems to me that this unit used to turn off automatically before overflowing water bottles. Since replacing the filter this is not working. Was I imagining this before or is it supposed to stop automatically?

Thank you for your question on the Elkay LZSG8WSSK Bottle Filling Station & Single ADA Cooler. The unit is programmed to dispense water for 20 seconds and then shut off, so depending on the size of your bottle this may or may not overfill it.

Bottle filler on EWC HAS A MESSAGE" CLEAR BOTTLE FILLING AREA" there is nothing in the area.

We have model # EZWSR_1D, serial # 200218855. Does this model use a filter? If so, what filter does it take?

Thank you for your question on the LZSG8WSSK. While the LZSG8WSSK you referenced is filtered, your current EZWSR_1D model is not. However, you could purchase the EWF3000 filter kit if you are interested in converting the EZWSR model over to being filtered. The filter kit includes almost everything you'd need to convert your current non-filtered model to be filtered. I have included the link to the installation instructions below. Thank you for your question on the EZSTLG8WSLK. Unfortunately, we have not yet released a filter system for PFOA/PFOS/PFAS. These compounds require very specific media to remove, and this is not yet available in our products.

What is the wall panel that can go behind this unit. We are updating our water fountains on Modular Brick and would like to replace it with the matching panel.
