Installation location indicates Indoor. With the stainless steel finish, can this be mounted in a breezeway, just outside restrooms? The door to the breezeway is open most of the day but then shut when the school is closed for the day & summer.

The bottle filler has been utilized 1196 times (purchased Oct'18). Yesterday it stopped working. Readout looks OK (no Error or Maintenance message) but when you put the bottle underneath the dispenser there is no water. Fountain part works. Any ideas?
