Having a problem with intermittent operation. My customer says sometimes the push button or sensor on bottle filler doesn't work. I have not witnessed this myself yet though. Any condition other than no water cause this?
Thank you for your question on the Elkay LVRCGRN8WSK EZH2O Bottle Filling Station & Single High Efficiency Vandal-Resistant Cooler. This could be flash freezing of the unit. One troubleshooting step you could try is to unplug the unit the next time the water stops flowing. After 30 minutes or so, if the water starts flowing, it is most likely freezing up. You could also check the cold control to see if it has been adjusted from the factory setting. The cold control is factory set to the middle of the adjustment range. Can I use a WSP 35000 filter in this equipment?
Thank you for your question on the LVRCGRN8WSK. Our WSP35000 from our International portfolio can be used with most Elkay products including the LVRCGRN8WSK. It will need to be installed before the product, as it will not fit inside of the unit the way our domestic filters do.

Can the right side be high and the left lower
No. This model is not available with right side high and left lower. It is also not field convertible. I called and spoke with Customer Care and was instructed to use VRCTLRWSK which does not have green compressor and bottle fill is push button rather than infrared. I don't know why Elkay can't just answer a question here on their own site instead of making you call in and waste 30 minutes on the phone. Irritating.

Does this unit need one 120v feed or two. The rough in drawing shows two but only one marked as preferred.

can this chilled water fountain with bottle fill be installed outside on a semi protected wall for summer use at a pool, it will be disconnected and stored inside during winter. Covered roof but blowing rain will hit it.

What makes these 'vandal-resistant'? Can someone explain that?
Hello my name is Alex and my work just but a this drinking Fountain the instruction for plumbing the lines to me are not clear so more help on what pipe hooks to what would be of great help. Also we changed it because the old one would not get cold any idea why that could have happened maybe some common problems you know of would help.
