Rated 5 out of 5 by Go Knights from Quality product I use only Elkay water coolers now. I tried using competitor's products and have had nothing but let downs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sandra of Hood River from Disappointed-water never gets cold I just replaced the relay overload (as advised by tech support) and there's no difference. The water comes out hot and then warm and then maybe room temperature. The compressor stays on all the time (still), is super hot and any water cooling that might be happening is being cancelled out by the heat that the mechanism gives off. Very poor design!

Rated 1 out of 5 by yettingman from the Elkay LMABF8 is so much better Although this accomplishes its job of giving water, I would say the LMABF8 is better. This is good for giving water and quenching thirst, but the look of it isn't as good as the LMABF8. It is cheaper so if you want to save 200 dollars go for it, but otherwise I would spend the extra 200 for the much better LMABF8.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CAREY from Nailed it As a wholesaler I can honestly say this is a great product. Elkay support is great in the case of a problem. The main issue I see with this unit is most people install them outdoors. These are not meant to be installed outside. This can cause over heating issues with the compressor. Elkay does have a model that is designed to weather the elements!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Stretch2a from Poor water valve Have had the unit about 2 years and after replacing the water valve, nothing but trouble. Valve failure with the slighest contaminits in the city water system. Last valve failed with a water filter in the water line.

I have multiple Elkay drinking fountains at my facility. One of them (model EZFS8 1A) is giving me a problem. It is staying on every time someone touches the pushbar. It will run for at least 20 to 30 seconds before it finally goes off. Any suggestions?
Hello Steve - Our tech services team would be happy to help you with this! Please contact them at 800-260-6640 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for your question!

Is there a video that shows the alternate installation? Does the compressor unit always on the left?
Hi RBest1977 - The compressor is always installed on the right side. Here is a Youtube video demonstrating installation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4IXrJCQ9GU&t=62s. Thank you for your question!

Hi Hotwire, yes. If you remove the front wrapper, the flow adjustment screw is on the front cross break. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team. They can be reached at Phone: 800-476-4106 or Email: CustCare@Elkay.com. Thank you for your question!
