Rated 1 out of 5 by from Drinking Fountain Bottle Filling Station Although it looks good, I was disappointed to discover that drinking fountaions do NOT automatically come with a chiller and/or filter. Only after installing did I learn that the water was not filtered, nor was it cool. Living in the Southern US, it is important that water at least be cool. Since it was already installed I was unable to return for a different product. Now it will cost a lot more money to get chilled or filtered water.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ripped OFF! Deceptive!! I have the same exact look-alike unit and love it. Bought this unit for a second home and it has no guts - no condenser, fan, etc. This is like buying a car and finding out later that the manufacturer makes a look-alike product with no engine in it. And now, being told no option to add within existing frame and must buy entire different unit from scratch.

How often does the filter need to be replaced? Where is the information on what filter needs to be installed for this specific unit and the cost of the filters?

Thank you for your question on the LZS8WSLK. The filter used on this model should be replaced every 3,000 gallons or 1 year after installation. Our specifications sheets are available from the Downloads tab on the product page on Elkay.com and would show the recommended accessories like replacement filters. Is the water fountain filtered as well

If you're looking for a filtered model, you would want to consider the LZSDWSLK which would provide filtered water to both the bottle filler and cooler. does the water ever get cold? or is it just more tepid? Ours isn't cold like the last elkay fountain I had! I'm wondering if it just isn't working right??

can bubbler be shut off with out killing bottle filler

Can the water temperature be adjusted on the EZH2O model?

Thank you for your question on the LZS8WSLK. Yes there is a thermostat located in the drinking fountain part. To gain access to the thermostat, you will need to remove the lower panel of the fountain by removing the four screws on the bottom of the unit. Once you have removed the cover panel, you will find on the top part of the frame a white sticker with black writing that says "Colder". Next to that sticker you will see a brass screw which is your temperature adjustment. Turning the screw clockwise will set it to a colder temperature and counter-clockwise being warmer. do you sell just the bottle filling station and not the bubbler attachment. interested in replacing our bubblers with bottle filling stations

Thank you for your question on the EZWSRK. We do have a surface mounted bottle filling station similar to the retrofit bottle filler you referenced. It comes in either a filtered and non-filtered option. The filtered surface mounted bottle filling station model number is LZWSSM and the non-filtered surface mounted bottle filling station model number is EZWSSM. These units are both non-frigerated units, but you do have the option of adding a remote chiller to the units to make them refrigerated. That remote chiller model to do so is ECH8. All of these models are available on Elkay.com for you to review and download any specifications needed.

can i install a Elkay LZWSGRNM8K without using the drain hose?

I currently have your LZWSRK series bottle filler. After changing the filters and resetting the counter to "O" two fillers. I noticed that two of the fillers are counting up a when not in use. I have unplugged to reset the unit with no change.
