I have a Elkay ezH2O model # LZSTL8WSSPP, I replaced the filter and the display still blinks red. I cannot find a reset button on this model like we have on some of our others. It says it should reset automatically, even after several attempts
Thank you for your question on the LZSTL8WSSP. There is no reset button on this model as it should reset once the filter is replaced. Please check that the filter is installed with the label facing out. If after that check the light is still blinking, next check the wiring harness from the refrigerated cooler that connects to the NFC board in the non-refrigerated side. The board is located near the filter head on the left-hand side of that unit. If that is connected, there could be an issue with one of the wire harnesses. If power is lost can you still get water from the bottle filler manually?
Thank you for your question on the EZWSRK. This model uses a solenoid to dispense water, so unfortunately if power is lost the bottle filler will not be able to dispense water until power is restored.

Does this work on ELKAY water fountain model EZFS8 1F? Also, does the bottle filling station and the water fountain use just one filter for both?
Thank you for your question on the LZWSRK. Yes, the LZWSRK is the retrofit model you need to add a bottle filler to your current model. The filter included this retrofit converts your non-filtered model over to being filtered and provides filtered water to both the fountain and bottle filler.

Would this unit be able to be outdoors if only installed during the summer? We remove all units in the Fall and reinstall in late Spring.
Thank you for your question on the LZS8WSLK. Unfortunately, no that unit is not outdoor rated. VRC8WSK is an outdoor rated bottle filler combination unit. This is a non-filtered unit, as the 51300C filter included in the LZS8WSLK is not intended to be used outdoors.

We just had an EZh2o LZS8WSSK installed. Everything is working except the bottle filler, no water is coming out of the filler. Electricity is working, the sensor counts up when a bottle is placed in position, but no water. The bubbler water works okay.

What is an average install cost?
Thank you for your question on the LZS8WSSK. There a lot of factors that can change the cost of the installation, like a new install versus replacing a unit, to where we can't give an average. It could range anywhere from $700 if you're just swapping out similar units up to $1300 if it's replacing a non-Elkay model and requires rework. However, it could go as high as $3000 to $4000 if it's replacing an old porcelain fountain that has no electrical.
